Located just an hour west of the Boston area, Earthlands Farm offers a completely unique, off grid, bohemian inspired, enchanted forest wedding backdrop. Nestled in the heart of majestic Massachusetts farmlands, and situated on 80 + acres of ultra private, pristine farmland and wilderness, you’ll find open sunny fields, rows of our delicious organic vegetables, our Forest Chapel nestled in our old growth forest, and a stunning 200+ person wedding tent overlooking our breathtaking meadow and fruit orchards. As an organic farm and 501c3 environmental awareness education center, Earthlands’ values are centered around awakening the highest potential in the human spirit, whole body wellness and planetary wellbeing. With a long history of ecologically friendly & caring land stewards, ties to local native American tribes, supporting partnerships with local farmers and environmental awareness education programs, the intention of Earthlands - the events it hosts and the people it draws - has always centered on supporting the local ecosystem, being environmentally friendly, and sharing enlightening education. As a brand new wedding venue, we are currently under construction and still innovating new projects, and look forward to collaborating with couples who share these values and co-creating magic together on this beautiful land in our first launch year! Earthlands VS. Other Venues: 

  • We're a new venue. In the midst of the post pandemic wedding frenzy and fully booked venues, you get access to an open calendar of your pick of venue dates, everything brand new, we're open to fresh new ideas & looking to brainstorm! (hey - we're learning too!). And we're not looking to overbook our weekends in our first year so we can maintain a peaceful and joyful process of growing our venue - giving you exclusive weekend access if you choose. 

  • We're family owned & LGBTQ friendly. Earthlands is not just a wedding venue. It has a long history of all inclusive events and programming for a wide range of people across our community, and celebrating love in all its various forms is central to our values. We are a heart-centered family run farm and care about the people and relationships we cultivate not just through our events, but within the community at large. We hope you'll come back with your future kids to pick veggies at the farm, or join a class or workshop at our future event center!

  • We're transparent & fair with prices. Other venues have a labyrinth of prices and hidden fees. We make it easy for you with no hidden fees & build a collaborative, down to earth and trustworthy relationship from the start.  Prices ranges are right here on our website with all the details of what's included.  

  • Fully private destination wedding. Compared to other venues set on busy roads, populated urban environments, or riddled with sound restrictions and curfews, we're set on 80 private acres surrounded by preserved state forests! We promise you'll be in your own magical bubble :) We offer glamping and farmhouse accommodations on site as well as a host of nearby hotels and bed & breakfasts for guests for multi-day events that keep you present with loved ones. 

  • We're fully customizable & flexible. While we have packages & price ranges, we get excited to make your wedding your own. We're not going to force you in a box or cookie cutter package, and we have a wide range of vendor relationships for anything we can't personally offer.

  • Unique & one of a kind. Schedule a time to visit and you'll see that the beauty of the land speaks for itself! We also are carefully constructing spaces and decor that resonate with bohemian-nature-enchanted forest -fairy spirit lovers! You won't find much out there that comes close to the unique energy & ambiance of Earthlands :) 

Fees & Packages

The Venue Fee at Earthlands Farm includes the following:

  • 1 hour walkthrough of property with Earthlands Farm Director

  • Use of the grounds for Engagement photos

  • Exclusive Access to Earthlands Farm for ultimate privacy for your event

  • 900 square foot bridal suite, private bath and commercial kitchen in farmhouse - use for getting ready day of wedding

  • Complementary day use of 2 jumbo safari tents for the bridal parties

  • Forest Chapel for ceremony with 20 wooden church pews, hanging church windows & chapel doors (seats up to 200)

  • 40 ft by 80 ft White Pole Tent with side walls for all weather events

  • Interior tent lighting

  • 25 Rustic Farm Style Tables, Chairs & Benches
 made from local wood

  • All utensils, dishware, cups/glasses, napkins

  • Live-edge head table for bride & groom

  • 3 buffet tables, 2 bars for food & drinks

  • 36” cake table 

  • Staff to serve & clear dishes - food will be composted on the farm

  • Education table to share information about the local farms involved in the event and how wedding guests can create sustainability in their own life

  • 3 Porter Potties (1 handicap accessible) - Barn bathhouse still under construction but might be ready for some 2022 weddings

  • Onsite Parking
 for 100 cars (encourage carpooling for a greener wedding!) Elderly/handicap parking available for 8 cars

  • On site parking attendants 

  • Hydration Stations (infused water & cups - encourage guests to bring their own containers)


  • Generator for back up power (encourage guests to bring solar chargers for phones/electronics)

  • Use of large communal bonfire for after wedding party (wood will be an extra charge)

  • Outdoor game area with lawn games

Saturday wedding: $6,500 

Friday or Sunday wedding: $5,000

Weekday wedding: $3,000

Includes a 12 hour event: 1pm - 1am

(inquire about additional time or blocking the whole weekend - we're flexible and want to work with your needs whether its all night celebration or a quick daytime event)

Food Packages ($4,500 Minimum): 

  • Farm to Table dinner: (includes Earthlands Farm salad/veggies + partner farm meat & grain/pasta) - starts at $45 per person, goes up to $100 pp for higher end meal options (we'll work with you to create a mouth watering, and local & healthy feast!)

  • Rehearsal Dinner night before: starts at $45 per person

  • Brunch the day after: starts at $25 per person

  • Liquor, Bartenders & bars - starts at $20 per person

Fun Add-ons: ​

  • Bonfire wood - starts at $50/hour (includes wood & fire tender)

  • Smores & late night snacks package: starts at $10 per person

  • All natural pest, tick and mosquito control: starts at $250 (sprayed 2 days prior to event)

  • Additional lighting: starts at $50

  • Overnight camping packages up to 60 guests: starts at $50 pp (no trace camping strictly enforced)

  • Glamping bell tents: starts at $100/tent

  • Upgraded bathroom facilities: starts at $200/porter pottie, $1500+ for a bathroom trailer
